Nutritional breakfast


During the school holidays, Nicole wanted

to make her own sandwich and this is what we did.

Mayo Tuna

Cheese slice

Tomato

Avocado

High calcium milk bread

(Of course, the strawberry did not go into the bread. She just popped them into her mouth!)

Nicole spread the tuna on her bread and we had the sandwiches toasted. Melted Tuna we had!

  2. That looks really good. My kids wouldn't touch tomatoes and cucumbers or any salad or veges in a sandwich. :(
