Raspberry Mousse Cake











An oil free sponge to go with some lemony raspberry mousse.






This is not exactly the best looking Mousse Cake but the taste and texture were just right. :)

    Hello, Ms pretty mom, what a pleasant surprise :) Ya, I didn't think I could do anything of this sort either...well, I am trying and i think it is rewarding. At least the family is spared a bulk of the emulsifier and "plasticiser", contained in store bought cookies, biscuits, cakes and bread. Join me...you already have a good baker at home to learn from...your MIL is superb :)
