Soft potato buns
Super dee soft potato buns with various fillings - choc chip, rasins, cheese and cranberries. The kids simply adored them :) Each brought 2 pieces to school. Nic ate her share while waiting for her school bus!

Nice sofe buns, do u steam the potato and blend with the bread dough ?
