Okara Bread



Some beautiful okara buns! Soft and fluffy, no doubt!

Multi-flavoured -
a) pure mung bean fillings
b)cheese fillings
c)chocolate chip fillings
d)raisin and cranberry fillings

    Hi Alice,

    It is actually made partially from soya pulp. Very nutritional :) I added the soya pulp (5 to 8 g) into an ordinary bread recipe and it turned out very well. Try it.
