The "rare species"

Out of the blue today, I thought of Aiqin, one of my insurance agents.

She reminded me of an innocent 18-year-old who has yet to be exposed to this complicated world. Well, not exactly her appearance but her approach, so sincere and untainted.

Aiqin is one "rare species" in the insurance industry if you would. She does not hard sell nor does she impose. Her approach is to share and to provide advice professionally. Selling is not her top most priority though it is her rice bowl.
