It was a long overdue gathering!
Sharon has moved into the neighbourhood and we meant to meet up with 2 other friends a long time ago but just didnt get around to doing it.
It seemed that there were two self-formed playgroups at the gathering. Caleb, Sarah and Sofia played together really well though the twin girls are 18 months older than the boy, while Ethan and Nicole were in their own playworld climbing and bouncing on the sofa.
It was at this party that I learnt the recipe for making Japanese pancakes. Since then, I have been having Japanese pancakes for breakfast almost every other day till I got tired of it!

Such a lovely gathering!~
great...
Mind to share the recipe...
And the 3rd and 4th playgroup is the mommy group & the maid group? hehehehe... nice.
So good that peace can still be maintained with so many kids in the hse. Even with jes 3 kids (together with their cousin bro), we cannot stand their noise n fights.
Dear all,
indeed, there was great fun with the kids around. They were rather well behaved.
Hi Jaanvi,
You need to do "trial and error" to get the texture which suits you.
Flour + cabbage + half an egg + salt + water (to make 2 to 3 round pancakes, 5 to 6 inches in diameters.)
Mixed all ingredients and put into frying pan till it turns light golden brown.
Serve with Japanese mayo + bbq sauce + Jap fish flakes
Happy making pancakes!
