We had this for our Sunday breakfast a couple of weeks ago, freshly steamed and garnished with home grown spring onions! L remarked " I think we only need a cow and a plot of land and we can be self sufficient!" Frankly, I do have the intention of acquiring a plot of plantation land in the nearby country. Not that I am going to turn myself into a farmer but, this would allow me the option of engaging farmers to supply me with organic chicken and veg in the future. What a lovely thought!
