See what Ethan has done? He derived so much joy out of this mischief! :(). Doesn't he look cute in that unbuttoned body suit, as though he was wearing a dress? :))
Hi Contentedmom, love the 2 pics...so cute, and that cheeky look of mischief.
Read your previous posting re babies...I digress here...we past 6 years getting an influx of China immigrants...at one time from HK, and Cantonese being spoken everywhere, but today its Mandarin.
And as China has the policy of one child, one family...the Chinese migrate here and have average two, but quite often we see three or four. Here, pending your salary, the government gives from $100 to $200 (Rgt 650.00) per baby monthly till I think 12 years old (Schooling is free till High school, books too)
I am not familiar with what you posted re Malaysia's baby policy...but there's no problems or whatever here. Where we live we see more Chinese than orang putehs, and everywhere huge Chinese Malls, supermarkets. Sometimes we feel we are in Singapore or HK seeing Chinese everywhere, and today the 2nd language here in Toronto is Chinese, Cantonese/Mandarin.
By the way, re your picture...in which posting is it? The date...re 'dentist'. Ha ha. Lee.
good morning to u. Am not sure if I am missing your point. I was making a comment on how the government is dishing out incentives only to the working moms...stay at home moms are totally disregarded. Also, what is the purpose of having babies to a family?..to nurture them and see them grow? or to dump them to infant care centre such that women can continue working, thus contributing to the economy, so encouraged by the government? what about the social part of things? we see so many unwanted pregnancies these days. why? lack of family warmth? parents too busy to care about the kids' well being? etc...this is where stay at home mom can contribute the most etc etc...see my next post...up soon....
check under general - the dentist and I.....heeehee
My girl also like to do that! Opening drawers and rummaging for stuffs she thinks are toys to her..haha..See, yr boy looking at the camera. He knows he is in trouble liao or is he posing for the camera? :)
This scene looks familiar to me. To me it is Rou's daily activity. Either she mess up the living room with her toys or take out all her clothes from the drawer...but she really enjoy doing it.
WorkPlayz Montessori is a personalized Montessori Pre-School with a strong emphasis on language development.
At WorkPlayz Montessori, the child works at her own optimum level – in a COZY environment where BEAUTY and ORDERLINESS are emphasized and appreciated. A spontaneous love of "WORK" is revealed as the child is given the freedom (within boundaries) to make her own choices.
Children's activity is referred to as "work" because we believe that play is the important work of early childhood. We place value on children's activity in the classroom by describing and treating them as work. With this in effect, a child's work becomes not only an effort a child makes or a process a child follows, but also an activity the child finds enjoyable, interesting and valuable in itself for that reason
It is an ideal pre-school for parents who prefer a smallerlearning group which would minimise the risks of infection due to the general weaker immunity of the younger ones as well as a lower teacher to student ratio.
