My neighbour inspired me to bake these.
It was very sweet of Na yim to offer us some shells, so we call these cakes. The kids fell in love with it and wanted more. So, I decided to give a try and it turned out very well. They all had a belly button - a sign of a successful bake :)
Sorry, the picture is not doing justice to the shells....I need to improve on my photo taking skills or rather upgrade my camera :)

It is just another version of sponge cake with a smooth and velvety texture. Let me know if you want to try and I will upload the recipe:)

Since I ddin't jaga the 1st batch of chips, it was almost burtn, taste god though but won't blog about it!
I trieed another recipe by Donna Hay, her Pavlova is amazing, crispy at the outside and smooth silky mashmarrow inside! Yum!
