One of my colleagues was leaving and she mentioned that she liked coffee cakes. So, I decided to bake her one on her last day. She was very touched indeed:) Well, I was glad that my small gesture brought a big smile on her face :)

Thanks Alice, it is my new found interest :)...Btw, I tried out the fondant and it wasnt that difficult as I imagined it. Just knead like like a bread dough and roll it out and wrap it around the cake. The rest is left to your imagination and creativity. Try it!
