Light and healthy organic mocha cupcakes - I baked these for Karin's birthday, to complement the birthday cake she ordered. Again, I dont know why the photos can not be rotated. Sigh.....

Thanks Little Lamb. This is the awareness I want to create.
It pains me to see many preschools supply confectionaries loaded with tonnes of sugar/preservatives/coloring/flavoring to children as snacks for tea break.
Hence, I insist to pack snacks from home for E. I will match whatever the school provides. E.g.
if the school provides GREEN and sugary pandan cake, I will bake a healthy version with no preservatives/colorings/flavoring. I will pack more for E so that he can share with his friends too (instead of eating the highly colored and preserved stuff).
Trust Phil is eating well too since the mummy is also very concerned about food :)
