Home made pizza from scratch! Yum! I was fairly pleased with this recipe as the crust is thin and yet a little chewy.
We made 2 and L consumed 1 on his own. Nic had half of the other piece, leaving the other half for me and E.
Really, once you get the hang of it, it is really a quick, cheap and good way of settling a meal, welcomed by the kids too.

I frosted it with 250g cream cheese cum 3 tbs Nutella, added extra roasted walnut into the chocolate batter and on top of that tucked in a piece of Calbury chocolate in the middle for extra moisture!:)
My girl and I love walnut, so I graced some and topped it on frosting!
p/s: Yeah, it's always great to find someone who shared the same passion with us!;D
