Kids are kids. Nicole was probably still very excited about her birthday. She told almost everyone about her birthday, including her piano teacher. I believe Ms Yong already knew about her birthday in advance and she came prepared. She gave Nicole a stalk of rose and wished her a happy birthday too. Nicole was pleasantly surprised :)

I didn't know Nicole is learning to play piano. How does she like it? Do you have to force her to practise the piano everyday?

Hi HFM,
Nicole has played for about 2 months now..she enjoys the lesson but doesn't fancy practising.(lots of hard work i suppose) She only does the min, 3 times a week 20min each session. The good part is she is able to memorise the melody but the bad part is, she is not familiar with the notes. One lazy bone!
