Moist and soft carrot cake

Moist and soft carrot cake with little fats. I baked these for a friend who is a big fan of carrot cakes.

Back at home, we have different types of eaters. One will attack the cream cheese toppings, while the other will only eat the cake. As for me, I like to eat it in its complete form ;)
