Coffee Log Cake





Made this for a cell group gathering. I was so glad that it beat the logcakes from some renowned bakeries flat! Typically, commercial logs are overly sweet and dense. They need to be baked in this manner in order to achieve a longer shelf live unlike homemade which are consumed fresh.
