Very nice!
How did you come up with all these bento ideas? Please share more bento tips as I will need to start to prepare Serena's bento when she goes to kindy next year!

Hi Annie,

My starting point is a balanced diet. So, I would pick anything Nicole likes which is healthy...of course she loves junks too,,,so I will balance it with some cookies or marshmallows. There is an abundance of natural produce in aust,,so this should make your bento-ing much more fun and interesting ya?

I think getting cute little bento boxes would make the lunches much more appetising....:)

You can also pack soup in warmer - typical chinese diet..which I like :). It will keep Serene warm in Winter. Happy Bento-ing!

Healthy bento. My girl like seedless grapes too but she like to hold it in her mouth. I think cutting it into smaller piece would be help haha

Hi vicky,

Ya, it would be more kiddy friendly..the only downside is the loss of vitamin C when the grape is cut and exposed. A factor to consider I suppose. For safety reason, perhaps it is wise to cut the fruit as you have proposed:)
